In fact, it is the most common complaint that computer users have. Unfortunately, digital eyestrain can lead to a host of problems, including reduced productivity and pain in the eyes.   • Every 20 minutes, make sure you spend 20 seconds looking at something other than a digital device
  • Adjust the contrast and brightness to a level that is comfortable for you to look at
  • Maintain good posture
  • Wear computer glasses
  • Angle your screen so that you don't see any glare
