2015 Total Eyecare Scholarship

It's time for our community's high school seniors to apply for the Total Eyecare scholarship! It is open to students of Carlin, Battle Mountain, Elko, Eureka, Spring Creek and Wells high schools. Please click on the link to download the form and a list of requirements, go to the Counselor's office to get a copy, or stop by the office.
We are proud to help our seniors pursue their higher education. Hurrah for the class of 2015!
