Carrie, Office ManagerCarrie joined Total Eyecare in 2022. After three years on our billing team, she became our Office Manager in 2025. Carrie has 10 years of medical billing experience. Originally from Utah, she lived in Colorado for many years before settling in Elko. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys cross-stitching and spending time with her husband, two teenage children, and their dog.

Kathleen, CPO, Glass Lab Manager/ Dispensing OpticianKathleen became part of our team in February 2011. Being a native to Nevada has given her the opportunity to have lived and worked in Elko for over 30 years. She attended Links School of Business in Boise, Idaho and has work experience in the medical field. Her past work experience has been a great asset to our team. Kathleen is able to assist patients in finding the best eyewear for their individual needs and provide information on current lens choices. She also manages the other team members in the glass lab. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.

As a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO), she brings skill and warmth to every patient interaction. A proud mother of two, she enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with others. Her friendly, outgoing nature makes every visit to our office a welcoming experience.

Tracy, CPO, Patient Coordinator Team LeaderTracy has been with Total Eyecare as a Patient Coordinator since January 2018 & currently serves as team leader for the Front Desk. Before moving to Elko with her husband, she lived in Fallon, NV from 1996-2015 where they raised their 4 children. She worked for State Farm Insurance as an Insurance Account Representative. In her free time, she likes to crochet, read, sew and enjoys every chance possible to go and visit her kids and grandkids.

Katie, Billing/Insurance Team LeaderKatie started at Total Eyecare, April 2018 as a part-time office aide. In August 2019, she started full-time with the billing department. She has 28 years of experience in various office settings. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their two sons camping, fishing, or hunting.
